This card's story is very unique, it started as a Neo Discovery Eevee that the very talented Lunumbra then hand painted to extend the art of. I then took the high resolution scans of this art and overlaid the same effects of an actual Espeon GX card! You don't want to miss this reprint, or it's accompanying Umbreon GX that even further extends the art of this card!
